Full Job Description Duties Include:
Open insurance claims and conduct proper research to clear liability/coverage Handle all aspects of property damage Schedule and monitor client treatment Examine and evaluate files to build up a proper case Obtain Medi-caid, Medicare, and other private health insurance liens Consistent communication with clients to provide case status and address questions/concerns Experience in reviewing files, medical records, writing demands, & explaining injuries. Professional demeanor, attention to detail, reliability, and great written and communication skills!
Qualifications :
1 year minimum experience preferred Thorough knowledge of auto insurance policies Basic knowledge of medical terminology Strong investigative skills Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook and Word) Ability to prepare and draft demands (preferred) Must be organized, and be able to multi-task. Experience in personal injury! Detail oriented, dependable, & punctual!
