Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with strong negotiation skills and the ability to oversee client treatment plans to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring clients receive proper medical care while aggressively negotiating settlements for maximum compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from intake to resolution. Oversee and coordinate client medical treatment, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with care plans. Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes. Gather and organize medical records, bills, and evidence to build strong claims. Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies, ensuring all legal and medical aspects align for optimal results. Ensure deadlines, filings, and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management (or similar legal/insurance role). Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements. Experience coordinating medical treatment and working with healthcare providers. Strong understanding of personal injury law, medical terminology, and insurance processes. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in case management software (Filevine) is a plus.
