Trial Services Support Case Manager U.S. Legal Support - 2.8 Houston, TX Job Details Full-time 23 hours ago Qualifications Trial material preparation assistance Courtroom preparation Full Job Description Position Overview The Case Manager is responsible for overseeing project and case deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and overall execution. This role works closely with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple cases simultaneously. Familiarity with litigation processes and trial preparation is essential. Key Responsibilities Review client documents and correspondence to gather information related to projects and cases Communicate regularly with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants regarding preparation, demonstrative creation, and presentation needs Draft initial cost proposals for client review and approval Secure retainer payments when required Coordinate and/or participate in all aspects of trial preparation Review all demonstratives and TrialQuest work product to ensure quality prior to client delivery Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of each project or case Partner with Trial Technicians during the presentation process to support demonstrative needs and updates Review project timecards, services, and expenses prior to final invoicing Conduct post-verdict follow-up with attorneys, paralegals, and assistants regarding TrialQuest performance Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Experience supporting litigation or trial preparation environments preferred Ability to manage large-format printing projects independently, including scanning, layout/pre-print preparation, printing, mounting, and laminating Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design and production work Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations Ability to edit and manipulate images, including photographs and x-rays Comfortable working in a PC-based environment Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively Open to feedback and able to apply constructive criticism Core Competencies Excellent interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Strong technical and computer proficiency Why Join Us Opportunity to work on high-impact litigation support projects Collaborative, fast-paced team environment Exposure to trial preparation and courtroom presentation strategy Career growth within a national legal support organization
