Actively seeking licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Position Summary:
This is a QMHP level position for individuals working towards clinical licensure in either Social Work or Counseling. This position provides intake, screening, and assessment for individuals recently discharged from our local behavioral health hospitals or who were referred for LOC-5 services in compliance with clinical guidelines. To provide continuity of care patient, impact monitoring and service assessment provision and monitoring. Provides service coordination and brief interventive treatment to clients of all ages with behavioral health issues who have been referred to TCC, received any TCC services, recently experienced a crisis episode, and/or discharged from psychiatric hospitals to TCCs catchment area. To provide brief crisis intervention, psychosocial rehabilitation, and skills training in the form of individual or group sessions and follows the U/M guidelines and TAC. To make appropriate referrals to other programs or services based on individual needs from assessments in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. This position is the primary overseer of the CARE and CMBHS data system and data entry for error correction, COR, PPB, SFAF, and Agency TRRs. This position also serves as the primary back up for the care coordinator. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.Qualifications:
Education and/orExperience:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Counseling requiredTwo (2) years Human Services Experience requiredExperience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirableCertificates, Licensure, Registrations:
Current drivers license and vehicle for use at work.Actively seeking licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
