Job Description

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager in the STRIDE Program in Payson, Utah, earning a competitive $21.15-$29.58/hour . STRIDE is a partial-day treatment program serving children ages 5-12 who need extra support with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In this role, you'll help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence, develop coping skills, and thrive. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00
PM Compensation:

What You'll Do as a Case Manager Work directly with students to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans Connect families with helpful resources and coordinate care with schools and other providers Collaborate closely with clinical teams and school staff Maintain clear, accurate documentation Join regular team meetings, trainings, and opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
Note:
Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire. Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Additional Requirements:
