Job DescriptionIn support of our TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) contract, the supervisor will:
Manage rate of participant non-complianceHold weekly team meetingsSchedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterlyParticipate in monthly unit meetingsEnsure ongoing and open communication with staff and peersEnsure that application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contractReview comprehensive service plansEnsure that case managers are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self sufficiencyOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in related field preferredFive years of related as well as two years employee supervisory experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong management and organizational skillsAbility to work with culturally diverse populationAbility to work across all levels of management and staffProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and ExcelValid driver's license in good standing and automobile insuranceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
