Job Description

ROLE SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following: Manage client referrals and referral relationships with other mental health providers and stakeholders to maintain steady client flow into program Develop and consistently evaluate program to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the individuals served and the community Work closely with individuals to provide tailored support Manage client service and client assistance issues Verify eligibility & screen referrals for open authorizations Timely send service authorization requests Monitor client authorizations to record and track dates of authorization in EMR system and SAR spreadsheet Review client billable hours weekly and make staffing adjustments as needed Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the behavioral health field Cultivate company resource relationships with other for-profit and non-profit services that may provide wrap around or more comprehensive care for clients Assist with the answering of phone lines professionally; evaluate caller needs/direct to appropriate administrative staff Greet all guests professionally Engage periodically in marketing for the program within the community or with potential provider partnerships to garner program support and develop referral relationships Perform quality assurance of service programs and staff performance by calling or visiting clients periodically Conduct individualized meetings with staff for training purposes providing education and guidance Communicate weekly with Director of Programs regarding program performance and needs Prepare weekly recaps and reports for review by Director of Programs and CEO Maintain current training in behavior modification models, CPR, and First Aid Ability and skills to maintain required confidentiality regarding client case materials in compliance with the Commonwealth of Virginia Human Rights Code and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) Remain aware of DMAS and Human Rights regulations and company standards Perform other duties as assigned
PROGRAM SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following: Support CS case managers with service provision as needed Coordinate and consult with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, case managers, care coordinators, law enforcement and EMS personnel, etc Complete intake documentation, team progress notes and discharge summaries in collaboration with CS case managers Maintain up-to-date client records and prepare required reports in a timely and accurate manner Conduct case assignments to assure all approved cases are staffed by community crisis case managers Conduct case assignments and re-assignments as needed to assure all approved cases are assigned and properly staffed

: Monday through Friday, 9a to 5p (In Office)

$30.00 per hour
