Job Description
TriSource is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Temporary Workforce Development Case Worker to coordinate and structure employment services for assigned clients. This role focuses on job readiness, employment planning, job development, and placement support to help individuals achieve long-term self-sufficiency and success in the workforce. This position is strictly temp with an end date of June 30th, 2026. Assignment may be extended to August 21st, 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience working with diverse populations, and the ability to build relationships with local employers and community partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate employment and training services to ensure efficient and effective service delivery while meeting program goals for client referrals, participation, placements, and transitions. Conduct employment intake and client orientation, assessing experience, strengths, skills, abilities, and barriers to employment. Develop individualized employment and self-sufficiency plans, including measurable goals, strategies, timelines, and budgets. Assist clients in identifying and overcoming barriers to employment by connecting them with appropriate community resources. Maintain detailed and accurate case notes and documentation of services provided. Provide employment preparation services, job readiness training, and workplace orientation. Conduct follow-up reviews with clients and employers regarding job placement progress and retention. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to create employment and training opportunities for clients. Collaborate with community organizations and partner agencies to coordinate services and support successful job placements. Prepare reports and complete required data entry in agency software systems in a timely manner. Coordinate interpreters for employment services when necessary. Represent the agency professionally and ethically within the community and workplace. Demonstrate sensitivity and respect toward individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in employment services, workforce development, case management, human services, or a related field Able to pass a background check Valid drivers license Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
