The Case Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for moving files efficiently, gathering evidence, coordinating treatment documentation, communicating with insurance carriers, and preparing demand packages. The ideal candidate combines strong client services skills with attention to detail, empathy, urgency, and the ability to manage a high volume caseload. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Experience in Virginia personal injury law and legal case management software preferred.
