Job Description
Oconto County Department of Health & Human Services has an exciting professional employment opportunity as a case manager with the Adult Protective Services/Crisis team. The ideal applicant will be reponsible to provide, coordinate and monitor client services in accordance with local, state and federal standards. The case manager must understand, support and work within the values, mission, and vision of the agency. Our Community Services division is looking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team! Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a BSW or BS/BA degree in social work or other related Health & Human Services Field. Oconto County offers an opportunity for gainful employment while preserving a strong work-life balance in a rural setting. Starting starts at $29.07 per hour, based on experience, plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Finalists may be required to undergo a detailed background check.
