Case Manager:

Do you like helping people? So do we! Case Manager needed for a workforce development program in Elkins, WV. Duties include outreach and recruitment of participants, eligibility determination, developing participant resources, conducting assessments, and intensive case management. Develop specific employment plans for participants that lead to successful employment. Program is very customer driven with set performance outcomes and goals. Being able to follow policies and local procedures is a must. Candidate must have strong written and verbal skills, be detail oriented, organized, and able to meet all deadlines. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Required business travel mileage is reimbursable. Bachelor's Degree and experience in a related field preferred.
