Job Description

Position Summary Averra Home Care is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-focused Healthcare Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, attending events, building professional relationships, and representing a growing healthcare organization. The Healthcare Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for promoting Averra Home Care services, developing community partnerships, supporting marketing initiatives, attending networking events, and helping generate awareness and referrals throughout our service area. Essential ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Relationship Building Represent Averra Home Care at networking events, health fairs, senior expos, chamber events, and community programs. Build and maintain relationships with senior centers, assisted living communities, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, and local businesses. Deliver marketing materials and educational resources to community partners. Promote Averra Home Care services to prospective clients, families, and referral sources. Identify new outreach opportunities within the community. Marketing & Brand Awareness Assist with planning and executing community marketing campaigns. Support social media engagement and content promotion. Coordinate community presentations, educational workshops, and special events. Help increase brand awareness through grassroots marketing efforts. Gather photos, testimonials, and community content for marketing purposes. Lead Generation & Follow-Up Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and referral partners. Conduct follow-up calls and communications with leads. Schedule consultations and assessments for interested families. Maintain records of outreach activities and referral contacts. Assist with maintaining a strong referral pipeline. Event Coordination Assist with organizing and managing community events and sponsorship opportunities. Coordinate event logistics, materials, and promotional activities. Represent Averra Home Care professionally at all public-facing events. Help identify strategic community partnerships and speaking opportunities. Administrative Support Maintain outreach and referral tracking reports. Update contact databases and marketing records. Assist with preparing marketing materials and presentations. Complete basic documentation related to outreach activities. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, customer service, healthcare, event coordination, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals, seniors, and families. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, hospitality, or community relations. Experience attending networking events and building professional relationships. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
