In this paid role, you will lead initiatives that foster meaningful engagement, promote health and wellness programs, and build strong partnerships with local organizations. Your enthusiasm, leadership, and strategic mindset will drive community participation and support our mission to create positive social impact. Duties Develop and implement community outreach strategies that align with organizational goals Manage volunteer programs by recruiting, training, supervising, and recognizing volunteers Organize and lead public speaking engagements, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness about our programs Build and maintain relationships with community partners, local agencies, schools, and other stakeholders Coordinate marketing efforts through social media management, promotional events, and community campaigns Collect and analyze data on outreach activities to measure impact and improve future initiatives Oversee program development projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and community relevance Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams or programs Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively Background in program development, project management, or social work Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms for community engagement Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate outreach success Familiarity with addiction counseling or public health initiatives is a plus Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in recruiting and training volunteers or staff Excellent organizational skills with administrative experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to teach or facilitate workshops effectively in various settings Join us as a Community Outreach Specialist and become a catalyst for positive change!
