Do you love building community, telling meaningful stories, planning impactful events, and supporting a mission that changes lives? For over 45 years, Chrysalis has been a leader in providing safety, advocacy, housing, and healing services to survivors of domestic violence throughout Arizona. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Development & Community Engagement Coordinator to help advance our mission and strengthen our impact in the community.
What You'll Do:
Support fundraising and donor stewardship efforts Coordinate volunteers and community partnerships Assist with special events, including our annual gala Create engaging social media content, videos, and marketing materials Represent Chrysalis throughout the community and build meaningful relationships with supporters
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills Social media, marketing, and content creation experience Passion for nonprofit work and community impact Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment At Chrysalis, every role contributes to helping survivors of domestic violence find safety, healing, empowerment, and hope.
