Schedule:
Full-time, must be available on weekends.
SCOPE OF POSITION
: Chaparral Winds Community is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Community Outreach Liaison! The Community Outreach Liaison is responsible for developing and implementing outreach marketing strategies to promote our senior living communities and increase occupancy. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community organizations, prospective residents, and their families. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and passionate about networking, community outreach, event planning, and lead generation. This position requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to professionally represent the community while driving tours, inquiries, and move-ins through consistent outreach and follow-up efforts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for census growth. Collaborate with Community Marketing Consultant and Regional Marketing Director to implement marketing plan for promoting senior living community to potential residents and referral sources. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the senior living industry. Execute lead generation campaigns to drive new business. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in senior living industry. Provide regular sales performance reports to regional sales and marketing team. Participate in industry events and trade shows for community promotion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective sales execution and customer satisfaction. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, branded items, and newsletters. Support sales team with lead transition and ongoing support. Plan and execute events to showcase community and engage potential residents and families. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources for lead generation. Provide marketing coverage including database management, lead follow-ups, tours, and event planning. Conduct tours of the Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support communities, highlighting key features, amenities, and lifestyle offerings.
DELIVERABLES
: Create weekly outreach plan. Schedule and complete minimum of 10 in-person meetings/visits weekly. Record all outreach activities in WelcomeHome, including calls, visits, emails, and meeting outcomes. Attend at least 1 networking event weekly. Host a minimum of 2 professional events monthly.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS
Experience in marketing and outreach, preferably in the senior living industry. Knowledge of retirement communities helpful Computer skills in basic programs and proficient in Microsoft Office. Understanding and compassion for seniors, and willing to work with senior citizens Strong interpersonal skills Competent in organizational and time management skills
