$18/hour Position Overview AMS Impact Group is seeking a Bilingual Community Partnerships Specialist to support student enrollment growth through strategic community outreach and relationship development. This role serves as a community-facing ambassador responsible for building partnerships, generating qualified family leads, and expanding awareness of AMS campuses. The Community Partnerships Specialist will develop and manage a community territory, secure recurring outreach opportunities, and support families through the enrollment pipeline. This position combines field-based partnership development with event execution, requiring strong relationship-building skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a goal-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Community Partnership Development Develop and manage a designated community outreach territory.
Build and maintain partnerships with:
Apartment complexes HOAs Local businesses Churches Community organizations Secure recurring tabling opportunities and community-based enrollment events. Identify new outreach opportunities that increase awareness and community engagement. Enrollment Lead Generation Generate qualified family leads and encourage campus visits. Support prospective families through the application and registration process. Partner with campus registrars to maintain communication with prospective families. Utilize CRM and application platforms to track outreach activities and lead follow-up. Event Execution & Outreach Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events and activations. Represent AMS at community events, markets, and local gatherings. Manage event logistics including setup, execution, and breakdown. Maintain accurate outreach and event documentation. Schedule Expectations This position requires a flexible schedule based on community outreach opportunities and events.
Candidates must be available to:
Work evenings and weekends regularly, as many community events occur outside standard business hours. Travel locally within assigned outreach territories. Attend community events, markets, school activations, and outreach opportunities. Balance time between field-based outreach, event participation, and administrative follow-up tasks. Work schedules may vary week to week depending on community event schedules and outreach priorities. Physical Requirements This role involves regular field work and event participation.
Candidates must be able to:
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds when transporting outreach materials, tables, or event supplies. Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods of time during community events. Set up and break down outreach tables, displays, and materials at events. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Travel locally between outreach locations and community events. Qualifications & Competencies Required Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English. Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel locally. Availability to consistently work evenings and weekends. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet outreach and enrollment goals. Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with diverse communities. Basic experience using CRM, application systems, or data tracking tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in community outreach, enrollment, marketing, or sales. Experience working in education, nonprofit, or community-based organizations.
