Responsibilities:

You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes. You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory Building and maintain company CRM database Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community
