Job Description

Bilingual Community Engagement Navigator Bakersfield, CA 60 percent field based outreach position | $22/hr | Temporary Support community patients members in maintaining healthcare coverage by guiding them through Medi-Cal eligibility renewals. This role focuses on customer service, application assistance, and community outreach. You'll work directly with members via phone and in-person to resolve issues and ensure successful enrollment. Ideal for candidates who enjoy helping others out in the field and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
