This role is ideal for a bilingual English/Spanish professional who is passionate about community development, housing stability, neighborhood revitalization, and building meaningful relationships across Los Angeles County. The Community Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in connecting residents, community members, governmental agencies, and internal teams through events, workshops, trainings, and needs assessments. This is a highly visible position that requires strong communication skills, confidence speaking in public settings, and the ability to coordinate multiple community-focused projects at once. This opportunity offers the chance to join a values-centered environment with supportive leadership, collaborative teams, and meaningful work that directly impacts local communities. Compensation and Benefits Salary:
Up to $65,000 per year.
Schedule:
Weekdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Saturday schedule required:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Evening and weekend meetings and events are mandatory as needed.
