Our facilities in Orange County CA , are proud members of the Quadrant Health Group, they are looking for a compassionate and organized Alumni Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with program graduates, planning recovery-related events, and creating a network of support that continues well beyond treatment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about behavioral health and long-term client success. This position requires regular travel between our Orange County facilities to support alumni programming, client engagement, and recovery events. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Orange County are required.
What You'll Do:
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities Build rapport with clients while in our care and promote alumni program to clients prior to discharge. Maintain regular contact with alumni through calls, texts, emails, and social media. Plan and host alumni events and peer-led recovery groups. Lead groups with current clients, when appropriate. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure warm handoffs and appropriate alumni referrals. Track alumni engagement and recovery milestones using internal systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight alumni program and alumni success stories. Serve as a positive role model and support resource for alumni navigating post-treatment life. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards at all times. Travel between Quadrant Health Group's Orange County facilities to support alumni engagement activities, groups, events, and client outreach.
What You'll Bring:
Skills, Knowledge and Competencies Required High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in behavioral health, recovery support, peer leadership, or related field is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with event planning or group coordination is a plus. Lived experience in recovery and/or certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) highly valued. Comfortable with public speaking, group facilitation, and social media engagement. Current CPR and First Aid Certification. Reliable transportation required to travel between Orange County facilities. Successful completion of Pre-Employment Requirements including, a criminal background clearance, drug testing, and health screening, is mandatory prior to employment.
