In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting with local communities to promote our events and engage with potential participants. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and local leaders to promote our events and initiatives. Plan and execute outreach strategies to raise awareness about our company and upcoming events within the community. Attend community events, fairs, and meetings to network and represent our company. Distribute promotional materials and engage with community members to encourage participation in our events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach materials and campaigns. Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions. Gather feedback from community members to assess needs and preferences for future events. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community contacts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sociology, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for community involvement and making a positive impact. Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required.
