In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship management to identify new opportunities, develop tailored strategies, and cultivate lasting connections that support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Relationship Building Build relationships with neighboring businesses, shopping centers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Visit local businesses to introduce company services and establish referral partnerships. Develop strategic alliances with chambers of commerce, nonprofits, realtors, dealerships, lenders, and local organizations. Attend networking events, business mixers, and community meetings. Represent the company as a positive ambassador in the community. Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute monthly pop-up events. Organize community appreciation events. Coordinate grand openings, customer appreciation days, workshops, and educational events. Schedule booths at community festivals, fairs, and local events. Coordinate all event logistics including vendors, permits, marketing materials, giveaways, and staffing. Ensure every event has a lead generation strategy. Business Development Generate qualified leads for the office. Develop referral programs with local businesses. Identify new business opportunities within the community. Research high-traffic locations for marketing opportunities. Create partnerships that increase customer acquisition. Help implement local marketing campaigns. Marketing Support Work with the marketing team to promote events. Coordinate social media content from community activities. Capture photos and videos during events. Assist in distributing flyers, promotional materials, and community announcements. Help maintain the office's local presence online. Client Engagement Strengthen relationships with existing customers. Organize customer appreciation activities. Follow up with leads generated from events. Encourage referrals and online reviews. Create memorable customer experiences. Office Growth Initiatives Identify opportunities to increase foot traffic. Develop monthly community outreach plans. Monitor competitor activities within the area. Recommend new local marketing initiatives. Support office managers in growing their local market. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or community engagement roles with a track record of successful project management. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for customer relationship management. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Excellent negotiation skills with a confident approach to closing deals and forming partnerships. Knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing strategies and campaign execution. Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools to streamline workflows. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse audiences. Bilingual in both English and Spanish Must have valid California Drivers license and reliable source of transportation Pay rate: Starting $24 hourly
Schedule:
In office/ offsite Monday- Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 weekends as needed
