National Health Group is a new preventive health screening startup seeking an energetic and dedicated Community Partnerships Director to build strong relationships with churches, clubs, senior centers, community centers, nonprofits, and corporate wellness teams across Orange County . In this role, you'll serve as our community ambassador—developing partnerships that allow organizations to host appointment-based preventive health screening days for their members. This is a relationship-first role for someone comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and coordinating community partners in a respectful, trust-building way. Increase your earnings through events you secure and completed screenings at those events. Responsibilities Develop and execute outreach to establish partnerships with churches and local community organizations Build authentic relationships with community leaders and identify the right coordinator (outreach/admin/operations/health ministry) Lead a short 15-minute host call to confirm: preferred date(s), space needs, expected attendance, and promotion plan Coordinate partnership activity using our provided materials (flyers, announcement scripts, QR codes, booking links) Represent National Health Group professionally at meetings and community events Track partnership progress and follow-ups to ensure events are confirmed and successful Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach materials and partner experience Requirements Experience in community engagement, partnership development, outreach, or relationship-based sales (nonprofit/community background is great) Strong interpersonal skills and comfort speaking with leaders and administrators Excellent organization and follow-up habits (most wins happen after multiple touchpoints) Reliable transportation in Orange County Ability to work independently and take initiative Familiarity with local churches/community organizations is preferred.
