Floater Position Summary:

This recruitment is for a Temporary Project Policy Analyst (Bilingual - Spanish) position through UCI's internal temporary staffing service. This position is located on the UC Irvine campus and is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate advertisement/outreach/marketing, and initial communication with potential participants regarding current study portfolio. Manage social media accounts, coordinate community events, outreach to internal and external health care providers, screen for potential participants. Create recruitment materials to be reviewed by recruitment manager prior to submission to sponsors and IRBs. Coordinate community outreach events, which may fall outside of working hours or on the weekend.

Compensation Range:

$24.71/hour

Required:

Ability to quickly understand medical and clinical trial language. Ability to speak Spanish.

Preferred:

Recent college grad with interest in a hybrid position of marketing and clinical.

TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT

This is a temporary employment recruitment reporting to the UCI Temporary Employment Services (TES) Department. Interviewing and hiring is based on internal hiring needs and how well the candidate's experience matches the assignment requirements. Certain temporary assignments may require clearance of a health physical or require a valid California Driver's License for driving university vehicles. The majority of our temporary positions are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We also have occasional part-time, weekend, and evening hours available, depending on the assignment.
