The Community Outreach Representative plays an important role in helping our clients understand their wireless options while contributing to sales growth and outreach objectives. As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to bridge the digital divide through affordable mobile solutions. Some people spend all day scrolling on their phones; you'll spend your day helping our clients get more value from theirs. Every Community Outreach Representative contributes to sales growth by creating meaningful connections and helping clients access reliable wireless services. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Representative Reach out directly to our clients to present affordable mobile solutions and help them select suitable smartphones and data plans. Participate in sales events to connect with clients and recommend affordable mobile solutions that deliver reliable connectivity and value. Identify opportunities during outreach activities to convert interest into successful sales of budget-friendly smartphones and data plans. Support community empowerment by offering clear guidance on affordable mobile services and closing sales that improve access to essential communication. Excel as a Community Outreach Representative by combining genuine community engagement with consistent sales of affordable mobile solutions. Represent H&C Communication Strategies professionally as a Community Outreach Representative during outreach initiatives and sales events. Support team sales goals by building relationships and maintaining positive interactions with clients. Contribute to ongoing sales campaigns that increase awareness and accessibility of affordable mobile services. Qualifications of the Community Outreach Representative High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Interest in sales or community outreach is a plus. Friendly communication skills to build trust with diverse clients. Team collaboration to support sales campaigns and shared outreach goals.
