Coordinates daily duties of the outreach and enrollment team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effective communication and problem solving skills. Assists with the design and development of sales and marketing materials, ensuring all materials are up to date. Ensures positive experience for potential enrollees, candidates, and their families for the PACE program. Delivery of all marketing material. Coordinates and attends recruitment activities and member processes. Plans and organizes internal and external marketing events. Supports the sales and marketing techniques utilized to outreach to diverse social and ethnic groups; and communicate effectively with them. Develop systems and procedures to efficiently track and trend all sales activity. Works closely, and regularly meets with the GVHC Marketing team, Outreach and Enrollment Manager and Director of Center Operations. Additional duties and responsibilities as required. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Moving, lifting or pushing greater than 30 pounds, should be done with assistance as appropriate. Must be able to hear staff on the phone and those who are served in-person, and speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff. Must have vision with or without lenses that is adequate to read memos, a computer screen, personnel forms and clinical and administrative documents. Must have high manual dexterity. Must be able to reach above the shoulder level to work, must be able to bend, squat and sit, stand, stoop, crouching, reaching, kneeling, twisting/turning, fingering and feeling. Work Environment Potential exposure to biohazards, including infectious material and waste and any other conditions common in a health care environment. Subject to unpleasant odors. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate, but may at times be noisy and crowded. Education/Experience Requirements Minimum Qualifications Work is varied and moderately complex, and requires a moderate degree of discretion and independent judgment. Must have strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Microsoft Excel experience required. Strong interpersonal and sales skills. Must take and pass the State of California DHCS PACE and Medi-Cal Marketing Certification exam within 60 days of hire. Meet a standardized set of orientation and/or individual competencies for the specific position description established by Central Valley PACE and approved by CMS before working independently. Detail oriented, precise and well organized. Knowledge on how to create contacts and generate a referral source. Comfortable with monthly goals and productivity metrics. Current BLS CPR Card certified by the American Heart Association. Valid California Driver's License, acceptable driving record and vehicle insurance.
Bilingual:
Spanish/English, preferred. Knowledge of PACE marketing regulations (state and federal), preferred. Principles and practices of health care service delivery, managed care, health care systems, preferred Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources, preferred. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) experience in healthcare outreach, enrollment, or marketing support with responsibility for events, community engagement, or referral development. Minimum two (2) years' experience in health plan enrollment. Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience preferred. Minimum two (2) year experience working with seniors (professional and personal experience accepted). Experience with HMO, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Medicare, and senior care related sales, preferred.
