No Job Description We're looking for Marketing & Business Development professionals who are excited to help patients, families, and community partners connect with post-acute care services with confidence and compassion. In this role, you'll coordinate the admissions process, provide tours and assessments, build relationships with referral sources, and support marketing initiatives that strengthen community awareness of services. Key Responsibilities Manage department inquiries and coordinate the admissions process Conduct facility tours, personal visits, and assessments for prospective residents and families Coordinate and implement post-acute care sales and marketing programs Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations Participate in meetings, presentations, and outreach activities outside the facility Support advertising and collateral material development as needed Maintain accurate communication and follow-up with prospective residents and referral partners Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
