We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, paid position with weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, and full training provided. No prior experience is required. This role is ideal for individuals seeking experience in nonprofit fundraising, customer service, sales, public speaking, marketing, or community engagement . Job Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partner organizations at retail locations and community outreach events Conduct face-to-face conversations with the public in high-traffic areas Educate community members on nonprofit missions, programs, and local impact Promote donor engagement and supporter participation for nonprofit campaigns Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive presence at all times Work closely with team leaders during daily training and development sessions Meet outreach and engagement goals as part of a performance-based team environment Qualifications / Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with the public in person throughout the day Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented No experience required.
