Community Clinic Liaison

Serving San Diego County and surrounding communities Monday-Friday with occasional weekend events | Travel Required Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego (CVISD) is seeking a motivated Community Clinic Liaison to build and maintain relationships with community clinics, healthcare providers, and referral partners throughout San Diego County. This role focuses on outreach, provider engagement, and promoting awareness of CVISD services within the community.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, physicians, and medical staff Conduct routine outreach visits to provider offices and community health centers Support referral coordination and provider communications Educate clinics and healthcare partners on CVISD services and programs Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Track outreach activities and provider feedback in CRM systems Represent CVISD professionally in the community

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or customer service preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Proficiency in
