Job Description:
A local real estate company and residential builder is seeking a polished, professional, and energetic Community Outreach & Referral Partner to help create organic awareness, build local business relationships, and generate qualified referrals for residential communities throughout San Diego County. This is a flexible, boots-on-the-ground outreach role for someone who enjoys meeting people, visiting local businesses, building professional relationships, and introducing quality residential communities to potential referral sources. No real estate license is required. This is not a licensed real estate sales position. You will not negotiate, advise buyers, discuss contracts, or perform licensed real estate activities. Your role is to make introductions, deliver approved materials, create awareness, and direct interested prospects or referral sources to the licensed sales team.Responsibilities:
Complete a minimum of 15 approved outreach visits per week, with a target of up to 25 approved outreach visits per week Conduct both real estate industry outreach and business-to-business community outreach Visit brokerages, lender offices, escrow/title offices, local businesses, professional offices, employer groups, relocation contacts, probate-related contacts, community partners, networking groups, and other approved referral sources Deliver company-approved flyers, price sheets, event invitations, and community information Introduce residential communities in a professional, friendly, and consistent manner Encourage interested prospects or referral sources to connect directly with the licensed sales team Input all outreach visits, contacts, notes, follow-up items, and referral activity into the company CRM Keep CRM records current and accurate for tracking, follow-up, and reporting Submit weekly outreach activity reports based on CRM activity Represent the company and its residential communities with professionalism and consistency Weekly Outreach Requirement This role requires a minimum of 15 approved outreach visits per week, with a target of up to 25 approved outreach visits per week. Outreach will include both real estate industry outreach and business-to-business community outreach. Approved visits may include brokerages, lender offices, escrow/title offices, local businesses, professional offices, employer groups, relocation contacts, probate-related contacts, community partners, networking groups, and other approved referral sources. Each visit must be to a different approved location and must be documented in the CRM with the date, location, contact name, business type, contact information when available, follow-up notes, and any referral opportunity. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Friendly, polished, energetic, and well-spoken Comfortable walking into businesses, brokerages, and professional offices to introduce themselves Professional in appearance, communication, and follow-through Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable with business-to-business outreach and relationship-building Familiar with San Diego County neighborhoods and local business communities Comfortable using CRM systems, basic tracking forms, email, and text communication Able to follow approved messaging and company guidelines Interested in real estate, new homes, community outreach, business development, or relationship marketing Preferred backgrounds may include real estate, lending, title, escrow, sales, marketing, hospitality, new home sales, leasing, business development, or community outreach. Reliable transportation is required. Compensation $20 per approved outreach visit Minimum required outreach: 15 approved visits per week Target outreach: up to 25 approved visits per week Referral fee opportunity for verified referrals that result in a completed transaction All visits and referrals must be documented, verified, and approved according to company guidelines. Referral fees are paid only upon successful completed closed escrow. Important Notes This is not a commission-based licensed sales role. The Community Outreach & Referral Partner will not represent buyers or sellers, negotiate terms, discuss contracts, quote information outside of approved materials, or provide real estate advice. Company-approved materials, talking points, QR codes, and community information will be provided.
