Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketer to lead outreach and engagement efforts for Independent Living Facilities (ILF). In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ILF services, enhance brand visibility, and attract prospective members and partners. Your energetic approach will drive multichannel marketing campaigns that leverage digital platforms, print advertising, and community outreach to showcase the benefits of independent living facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional eager to make a meaningful impact in the senior, veterans, low income individuals in our community. Working closely with hospitals, case managers, social workers, discharge planner, shelters and community development centers. Marketers goal is to increase facility census with appropriate ratio of
SSD, SSDI, VA
Benefits and private pay. Duties Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising to increase awareness of ILF services. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities for growth and optimize campaign performance. Coordinate advertising sales efforts by building relationships with local media outlets, community organizations, and healthcare providers to expand outreach efforts. Collaborate with the administrator to ensure census goals is met. Managing patient family relationships and meeting with them upon admissions to ensure the completion of facility required admission paperwork. Submitting a weekly calendar of scheduled marketing appointments to the administrator. Making daily contact with acute care case managers, social workers, discharge planners and physicians. Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing practices within the senior living or healthcare sectors is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in advertising sales, budgeting, research analysis, copywriting, and product management. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and performance marketing techniques to optimize campaigns effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward collaboration and innovation in a fast-paced environment. Assessing potential members in the local hospitals, and answering their questions about the facility. Maintaining a database of physician and case manager contacts and profiles. Participating in local community events to promote visibility and increase facility's census. Forward all inquiries from the physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, etc. Keep update on patient demo, likes and dislikes and allergies.
Pay:
$36,533.06 - $45,448.42 per year
