Fox Therapy Services has been a staple of the Westlake Village pediatric therapy community since 2016, providing speech, occupational, and ABA therapy to children and families of all ages. We're passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with our referring partners—including pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and community organizations.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our referral development efforts. In this highly visible role, you will represent our brand in the community, deepen relationships with key referral sources, and help drive new client acquisition through consistent, strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively schedule and attend in-person visits with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, regional centers, and other referral sources Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and front-office staff at referring organizations Present our services in a clear, compelling, and professional manner that aligns with our mission and values Plan and attend community events, health fairs, and school functions to raise brand awareness Create thoughtful marketing materials to increase brand awareness and encourage new client inquiries Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads Track outreach activity, report progress weekly, and continuously optimize our outreach strategy Deliver a consistent and positive brand experience to all external stakeholders

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing or outreach—ideally in healthcare, education, or child services Polished, confident communicator who enjoys being out in the field and engaging with professionals Excellent interpersonal skills and an authentic ability to build trust and rapport Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
