Job Description:
Works proactively and independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills while seeking advice when appropriate. Coordinates the development and implementation of community-based needs assessments and plans. Assists with management and coordination of hospital community benefit programs activation and evaluation. Serves as a point of contact for leadership on community benefit initiatives to ensure inclusion within strategic and financial planning processes. Compiles metrics and reports for program strategies and objectives, including annual evaluations. Assists in the development and implementation of community-based needs assessments and plans. Activates sponsorship and/or fundraising opportunities for events and programs benefiting community health. Collaborates with related hospital departments to enhance community relationships. Other duties as assigned.
Pay Range:
