Job Description

Mission:
We are Hartford Athletic. Our mission is to provide a world class professional soccer experience and make our community the best place to live, work, and play.
Overview:
Hartford Athletic is seeking a motivated Foundation Program Intern who is eager to learn and grow within the sports and entertainment industry. This role will report to the Foundation Engagement Coordinator and support the planning and execution of community programs and initiatives led by the Green & Blue Foundation. Responsibilities include assisting with coordinating community events and outreach efforts that support the club's community impact. Ideal candidates will have a passion for community engagement, an interest in soccer or sports, and strong communication skills. Please note that this is an unpaid internship and requires availability to work select community events.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Foundation Engagement Coordinator to support program execution Assist with grant writing efforts and community event coordination Support outreach initiatives and foundation activations Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours during the work week Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations and grant writing is a plus
Requirements:
