Job Description

We are a sales and development firm seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to become LeafGuard's trusted presence in Connecticut. The Community Outreach Coordinator will connect with homeowners, build meaningful relationships, and generate warm leads for our sales team. Your outreach efforts help ensure every sales conversation begins with familiarity and trust. As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you'll educate CT residents on the benefits of LeafGuard solutions while learning about their home gutter and drainage needs. By combining community engagement with consultative communication, the Community Outreach Coordinator strengthens customer confidence and reinforces LeafGuard's reputation throughout the area. Why the Community Outreach Coordinator Role Matters You understand that every homeowner's needs are different. Different properties, different weather conditions, and different maintenance concerns all require a personalized approach. The Community Outreach Coordinator adapts conversations, timing, and outreach strategies to connect effectively with each homeowner and create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Coordinator Build rapport with homeowners by discussing their home maintenance concerns and introducing LeafGuard as a trusted solution. Clearly explain the benefits of LeafGuard products in easy-to-understand terms that build trust and interest. Ask thoughtful questions to assess homeowners' needs and qualify leads for the sales team. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule consultations and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers. Share customer success stories and real-life examples to strengthen credibility and encourage interest. Track outreach performance and provide feedback to improve lead quality and overall engagement strategies. Qualifications of the Community Outreach Coordinator Previous experience in outreach, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive customer interactions. Organized and able to manage multiple community outreach activities and follow-up tasks. Interest in learning about gutter protection systems, drainage solutions, and home improvement services.
Pay:
$3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
