The Role We're looking for a driven, personable, and goal-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to be the first face and voice that prospective students and families encounter at Elite Martial Arts. Your primary mission is enrollment
  • converting leads into members and guiding families through the decision to invest in themselves and their children. As you grow into the role, you'll expand into upgrades, renewals, and special events. This is not a passive customer service position. It is a people-first sales role inside a martial arts culture
  • and that culture includes you. As part of this position, you will train regularly in our adult martial arts program. We expect you to live what we teach. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • answering inquiries from prospective students and following up with leads to set and confirm appointments Guide prospective students and families through enrollment conferences Manage CRM records and student data accurately and consistently Support upgrade and renewal conferences as you develop in the role Represent Elite Martial Arts at in-house events and community outreach activities Train regularly in our adult martial arts classes to lead by example Who You Are You have at least one year of sales experience•fitness, youth programs, memberships, phone sales, or B2B/B2C You are a confident, warm communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally You are organized, detail-oriented, and follow through without being reminded You are coachable•you take feedback well and apply it fast You are genuinely excited about martial arts and the culture of personal development You show up consistently and take ownership of your results Compensation and Benefits Paid training period at competitive hourly rate while you learn our systems and scripts $40,000 base salary upon successful completion of training and hitting performance benchmarks Performance bonus structure with potential to reach $50,000+ Free adult martial arts training as part of the position Paid time off 401(k) after one year of employment Schedule Monday through
Thursday:
Afternoon and evening hours Saturday mornings Occasional special events
