We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and relationship-driven Medical Practice Marketing Representative/Physician Liaison to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships, increasing community awareness, and supporting practice growth throughout the Orlando area. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with physician offices, hospitals, urgent care centers, chiropractors, physical therapists, attorneys, and other referral sources. Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources throughout Central Florida. Educate providers and office staff on practice services and treatment options. Identify and develop new referral opportunities. Coordinate and attend networking events, community outreach events, and lunch-and-learn presentations. Assist with social media marketing and community engagement initiatives. Track referral activity and maintain accurate outreach records. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that support practice growth. Serve as a professional ambassador for the practice. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing, physician liaison, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or business development experience preferred. Bilingual is a MUST Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, neurology, or other medical specialties. Existing relationships within the Central Florida healthcare community. Experience with social media marketing and community outreach.
