Engaging with diverse audiences, organizing impactful events, and fostering meaningful relationships. Your enthusiasm for community engagement, combined with your excellent communication skills and technical proficiency, will drive awareness and support for our initiatives. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your passion for outreach and marketing can make a tangible difference. Duties Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events to promote organizational goals and programs Deliver compelling presentations using presentation software to educate and inspire diverse audiences Develop and optimize product or program pages to enhance visibility and engagement across digital platforms Build strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations through effective communication Conduct product demos and public speaking engagements to showcase offerings and foster interest Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and maintaining positive community relations. Meet established outreach, appointment, and patient acquisition goals. Maintain compliance with all HIPAA regulations, company policies, and applicable healthcare standards. Experience Proven experience in marketing, event marketing, or community outreach roles that demonstrate active engagement skills Experience working with Medicare Advantage, managed care, or healthcare services is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and Spanish bilingual abilities Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices to foster community trust and participation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
