Community Outreach Liaison

Ensure Care is seeking a motivated, and relationship-driven Clinical Outreach Liaison to help expand our luxury concierge nursing, post-operative care, and private homecare services throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is NOT a desk job. We are looking for someone confident walking into: Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) Rehab Centers Plastic Surgery Centers Orthopedic Offices Senior Living Communities Medical Networking Events You will help introduce Ensure Care's premium services to healthcare professionals, case managers, administrators, and prospective clients.

ABOUT ENSURE CARE

Ensure Care specializes in: Luxury post-operative recovery care Private duty nursing and homecare Med-Vigilance wellness oversight programs Concierge clinical support for high-end clientele We bridge the gap between hospital and home through elevated, relationship-centered care.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable networking and building relationships Self-motivated and reliable Healthcare background preferred (CNA, HHA, LPN, RN, medical sales, hospice liaison, ALF marketing, etc.) Must be comfortable with outreach and in-person marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit local facilities and healthcare offices Deliver marketing materials and build relationships Follow up with leads and sources Represent Ensure Care professionally in the community Track outreach efforts Assist with growing our Tampa Bay presence
