Base pay plus performance bonuses About StretchClub StretchClub is a healthcare and wellness company that combines doctor-led advanced joint mobilization care with one-on-one assisted stretching to help people move better, feel better, and live with less pain. We are looking for an outgoing, results-driven person to help us build strong local referral relationships in the communities we serve. Position Overview The Community Outreach & Referral Development Representative will identify, contact, schedule, and conduct meetings with local groups, businesses, organizations, teams, gyms, senior groups, schools, and other potential referral partners. The goal of this position is simple: Build relationships that create a steady flow of new patient referrals for StretchClub. Responsibilities Find and contact potential local referral partners Schedule and conduct in-person meetings Present StretchClub in a clear and professional way Build ongoing referral relationships Help coordinate wellness talks, local events, and community presentations Follow up consistently with contacts and referral sources Track outreach activity, meetings, and referrals Work with clinic leadership to turn referrals into booked new patient appointments Ideal Candidate We care more about results, personality, follow-through, and relationship-building ability than degrees.

Outgoing, confident, and professional Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations Organized and consistent with follow-up Self-motivated and results-focused Comfortable representing StretchClub in the local community Experienced in sales, community outreach, healthcare, fitness, wellness, or business development preferred Requirements Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to travel locally between Yorkville, Oswego, Naperville, and nearby communities Basic comfort using technology to track contacts and follow-ups Prior outreach, sales, marketing, healthcare, or fitness experience preferred Degree not required Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and performance, with the opportunity for bonuses tied to results such as referral partnerships, meetings booked, and new patient referrals generated.
