Respected PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization Position Summary We're seeking a driven and relationship-focused PACE Outreach Ambassador to support the growth of a mission-driven healthcare program serving older adults. This role sits at the front line of outreach and engagement—building community partnerships, generating referrals, and guiding prospective participants through the enrollment journey. Responsibilities Key Duties:

Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan aligned with growth goals Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral source Identify, qualify, and convert prospective participants into enrollments Conduct consultative conversations with seniors, families, and caregivers to assess needs and align services Meet or exceed individual goals for referrals, enrollments, and engagement activities

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

Pre-Employment Requirement:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health clearances

Skills:

3+ years of experience in community outreach, business development, or relationship-based sales Background in healthcare, senior services, or nonprofit environments strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach or sales goals Experience working with older adult populations is a plus Familiarity with PACE, Medicare/Medicaid, or senior care services preferred ???????
