Youth/Senior Community Outreach Coordinator

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (Flexibility required based on program and community needs) We are looking for a motivated and community-focused Youth/Senior Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This position works closely with both youth and senior participants, helping connect individuals to employment, training, supportive services, and community resources. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, working with the public, and making a positive impact in the community. This role includes participant recruitment, case management, employer and community outreach, coordinating work experience opportunities, and ensuring participants receive the support they need to succeed. The position also works directly with employers, host agencies, schools, and community partners to develop strong workforce connections and opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting with eligibility and enrollment, maintaining participant documentation, supporting job readiness activities, conducting follow-up services, coordinating work experiences, and helping participants transition into employment. The coordinator will also travel throughout the service area to meet with community partners, employers, and program participants. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with diverse populations. Backgrounds in workforce development, social services, recruiting, education, case management, or community outreach are preferred. A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally are required. #workone
