Enrollment & Community Outreach Associate

We're looking for an Enrollment & Community Outreach Representative who wants to do work that connects. Someone who is motivated by partnering with communities, with causes, and with the individuals who make both possible. In this role, you'll operate across two distinct but complementary channels: representing our core client programs through direct enrollment efforts, and supporting charitable organizations and nonprofits as they work to grow their donor base and advance their missions. As the Enrollment & Community Outreach Representative, you will... Support both client enrollment campaigns and charitable outreach initiatives through direct public engagement Conduct face-to-face outreach in community, event, and business settings to drive enrollments and awareness Educate potential donors and participants while guiding them through the enrollment process Represent nonprofit and client partners professionally while communicating campaign goals and impact Build rapport quickly and adapt communication styles to connect with diverse audiences Track outreach activity and enrollment results accurately to support campaign performance Stay informed on client programs and charitable initiatives to ensure confident interactions Skills & Qualifications Needed to Succeed in the

Role:

Experience in a customer-facing role

• sales, fundraising, canvassing, hospitality, or community engagement are all relevant backgrounds The ability to have real, meaningful conversations
• not recite a script, but listen, adapt, and connect A natural enthusiasm for causes and communities, and the personal integrity to represent charitable organizations with care Self-motivation and consistency in the field
• you manage your energy, stay focused, and show up ready regardless of the setting Strong communication skills, both in how you speak and how you listen A team-first mindset
