Pure Sweat + Float Studio offers full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge, and float therapy. We're looking for an outgoing, dependable, and community-minded Field Marketing Representative to help introduce Pure Sweat + Float Studio to the community before we open. If you love meeting new people, building relationships, and representing brands you're proud of, we'd love to meet you. Position Overview As our Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of Pure Sweat + Float Studio throughout the community. You'll represent our brand at pop-up events, local businesses, fitness studios, networking events, and community gatherings while building relationships and generating excitement ahead of our grand opening. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in face-to-face interactions, and is passionate about health, wellness, and creating exceptional experiences. You'll play a key role in growing our local presence by generating qualified leads, building community partnerships, and helping convert new connections into future guests and members. Responsibilities Represent Pure Sweat + Float Studio with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm at every event and community interaction. Become knowledgeable about our services, memberships, retail products, and promotions, and confidently educate prospective guests on their features and benefits. Plan, coordinate, and execute pop-up events, grassroots marketing initiatives, health fairs, networking opportunities, and community activations. Actively seek opportunities to introduce Pure Sweat + Float Studio to the community through partnerships, vendor events, sponsorships, and local networking. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, fitness studios, healthcare providers, and community organizations to expand brand awareness and create referral partnerships. Engage with prospective guests through friendly, consultative conversations that generate excitement about the studio and encourage future visits. Capture qualified leads through events, giveaways, and community outreach while maintaining accurate lead records. Assist with lead follow-up and nurturing efforts to help convert prospective guests into loyal members and clients. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a polished, welcoming booth or event space. Collaborate with the owner on marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community partnerships. Track event performance, lead generation, and community engagement to help improve future marketing efforts. Embody the mission and values of Pure Sweat + Float Studio by creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for connecting with people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and speaking confidently with individuals and small groups. Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Strong customer service mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Ability to represent the brand professionally in a variety of community settings. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Kansas City metro area. Availability to work evenings and weekends for community events as needed. Previous experience in marketing, event marketing, hospitality, retail, fitness, customer service, sales, or community outreach is preferred but not required.
