Through direct outreach, relational support, and coordinated resource connections, we work to help women move toward safety, stability, and hope. With new funding secured to expand our existing outreach into unreached areas of Northern Kentucky, we are hiring a Part-Time Outreach Coordinator to help operationalize and strengthen this expansion. Position Overview The Outreach Coordinator will: Coordinate weekly outreach efforts. Support and guide volunteer teams during outreach activities. Facilitate communication between field outreach and internal resource coordination. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to outreach. Support safe, consistent, and Gospel-centered engagement with women. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Resource & Partnerships Manager and Program Assistant. Core Responsibilities Outreach Coordination Prepare and organize materials needed for weekly outreach. Participate in and help lead scheduled outreach activities. Ensure outreach environments reflect mission alignment and safety standards. Support crisis response situations when appropriate. Track outreach interactions and required grant metrics. Volunteer Support Coordinate scheduling for outreach volunteers. Provide orientation and clear expectations prior to outreach. Offer guidance and oversight during outreach activities. Communicate effectively with volunteers regarding logistics and follow-up. Resource Navigation & Partner Collaboration Coordinate directly with the Resource & Partnerships Manager when women are ready for service connection. Facilitate warm handoffs to appropriate service providers Communicate women's needs clearly and promptly to internal staff. Coordinate logistics with resource partners participating alongside our outreach team, including mobile mental health and addiction recovery teams. Document referral attempts and outcomes accurately. Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain accurate case notes and outreach documentation. Track data required for grant reporting. Provide timely updates to the Executive Director. Support outreach-related donor or partner communication when requested.
Required Qualifications Candidates must:

Exhibit emotional maturity and sound judgment in complex environments. Maintain healthy personal and professional boundaries. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, volunteers, and partners. Work independently while remaining collaborative. Preferred Experience Experience in outreach, ministry, case management, or social services. Training in trauma-informed care. Experience coordinating volunteers or small teams. Familiarity with trafficking response or exploitation contexts. Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems. Work Environment & Physical Requirements The Outreach Coordinator must: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Walk and stand for extended periods. Move safely over uneven terrain. Work in environments where cigarette smoke may be present. Respond appropriately in unpredictable situations. Engage directly with women in crisis settings. Schedule & Growth 15-20 hours per week to start. Weekly evening outreach required once per week. Most outreach hours will be during the day time. Occasional weekend hours as scheduled. Extremely flexible administrative hours. Potential for increased hours based on funding and program growth. Compensation $17-20 per hour depending on experience. Flexible scheduling. Paid professional development opportunities as appropriate. Paid time off is earned after six months of employment.Job Type:
