Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Community Outreach Representative to serve as the vibrant bridge between our organization and the community. Build strong relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and community leaders to expand our network. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and ensuring positive interactions with community members. Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations and ensure inclusivity in outreach efforts. Represent the organization at public speaking engagements, fairs, and other community gatherings to enhance visibility. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, event marketing, or community outreach roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences confidently and clearly. Experience in public speaking or delivering product demos is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus for connecting with diverse communities. Knowledge of sales techniques or experience in promoting products or services will be advantageous.
