This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, enjoys community networking, and is passionate about driving business growth. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and helping us establish a solid presence in the homecare market. Candidates with established connections within the local medical community will be highly preferred, as these relationships will be critical in fostering partnerships and driving referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the agency's services and attract new clients. Engage in community outreach, including networking events and meet-and-greet opportunities, to build awareness and generate leads. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the medical community to secure referrals for new clients. Educate potential clients and stakeholders about the agency's services, ensuring clear communication of benefits and offerings. Conduct in-home visits to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience with our agency. Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the demands of a dynamic start-up environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or homecare sector. Strong existing relationships within the local medical community is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging and educating diverse audiences. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities. Positive, upbeat, and energetic personality, with a passion for meeting new people and fostering connections. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate networking events and client needs. Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
