Community Outreach & Sponsorship Coordinator (Part-Time)

Job Overview Miss Louisiana Volunteer is seeking a motivated, outgoing individual to help connect local businesses with one of the most exciting events happening in Minden this year. This event brings over 1,000 visitors into the community and is expanding into a multi-day experience, creating a strong opportunity for local businesses to gain visibility and be part of something special. We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable reaching out to local businesses, building relationships, and helping us secure community sponsorships.

Responsibilities:

Visit and connect with local businesses in Minden and surrounding areas Introduce sponsorship opportunities and share event information Follow up with potential sponsors Help schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers Assist in building strong community partnerships

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, outgoing, and confident in conversation Knows the Minden community or has strong local connections Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations Self-motivated and organized Sales, marketing, or networking experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation:

Performance-based with strong earning potential Earn a percentage of sponsorships secured Bonus opportunities available
