This position is responsible for group outreach and supporting the in-game experience. This is an 8-month paid position in Athletic Marketing Communications with a monthly salary range between $2,800 and $3,000. Evening and weekend work is required.
Duties Include:
Operating game day videoboard and digital signage Supervising and directing on-site with the student staff Producing static graphic content for videoboards Assisting with community outreach, department kids club and attendance driven initiatives Assisting with mascot team management and scheduling Representing Athletics at tabling and other grass roots opportunities on campus and in the community Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements :
Strong knowledge of, and demonstrated interest in, intercollegiate athletics and fan engagement Knowledge with Daktronics Display Studio preferred Experience with the Adobe Design Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign, software preferred Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Knowledge of best practices for game day fan experience Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
