• 26/hour | Full-Time Join the Latin American Health Alliance (LAHA) and lead outreach efforts supporting individuals affected by substance use in underserved communities.

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Outreach Coordinator to oversee field-based staff, coordinate outreach operations, and strengthen partnerships across Worcester County.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Recovery Specialists in the field
• Coordinate weekly outreach schedules
• Maintain 95%+ documentation compliance
• Oversee referrals to treatment, housing, and recovery services
• Build partnerships with community providers
• Prepare outreach reports

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of harm reduction & trauma-informed care
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time, primarily field-based
• Some evenings/weekends required

Pay:

$49,920.00
